Terms

Last updated: May 28, 2026.

PlateClarity provides food logging, nutrition estimates, healthy-food scoring, macro targets, daily closeouts, and weight-trend calculations for personal tracking.

Not medical advice

The service is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use it for emergencies, eating disorder treatment, medication decisions, or any decision that should involve a licensed professional.

Estimates and corrections

Food-photo and natural-language estimates can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and deciding how to use entries. Exact labels, nutrition facts, and weigh-ins you provide override estimates for future calculations.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account and linked Telegram chat secure. Do not attempt to access another user's account, overload the service, reverse engineer private APIs, upload unlawful content, or use the service to make medical claims about other people.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions, when enabled, are processed by Stripe. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You can manage or cancel billing through the billing portal when your account has a Stripe customer record. Access may change if a subscription is canceled, unpaid, refunded, or reversed.

Service availability

The service depends on hosting, Telegram, AI, email, and payment providers. Features may be delayed, limited, unavailable, or changed as the product improves. We may suspend accounts for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or policy violations.

Liability

Use the service at your own risk. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties and is not liable for decisions made from inaccurate estimates, unavailable service, or data you entered incorrectly.
